    8 Bengali Hindu monks of Sree Angan monastery in Faridpur were massacred by Pak army on 21 April 1971. Army desecrated and destroyed the temple. Sree Angan was a Hindu ashram of the Mahanam Sampradaya order of Vaishnavism.

    Today in 1971, a newly raised Indian Army Unit attacked two well entrenched Pak Army units in broad daylight at Bhaduria in East Pakistan & defeated them. Pak Army Officers came to this Unit & said “Either you are incredibly brave or totally insane”. That Unit was 17 Kumaon 😄🥂
