The International Association of Labour History Institutions (IALHI)
The International Association of Labour History Institutions (IALHI) brings together archives, libraries, documentation centres, museums and research institutions specializing in the history and theory of the labour and social movements from all over the world. IALHI's main goal is to facilitate the exchange of expertise in order to preserve, and promote the access to, and the use of, their respective collections.
ANNUAL CONFERENCE
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the IALHI Board has decided to postpone to 2021 the 51th conference that was going to take place at the premises of the Schweizerisches Sozialarchiv in Zürich, Switzerland.
Instead of its traditional in-person conference, this year the IALHI will organize an online event on 10-11 September 2020. We look forward to encourage a global discussion about the challenges that COVID-19 is posing to our work, with participation of members in all continents. More information and details can be found here. The final program of the event, as well as all the technical information necessary to attend the online sessions, will be posted by mid-August.
