COVID-19 NOTICE
Thanks for visiting the QLife website. Now more than ever accessing support is really important as we manage the challenges relating to COVID-19.
We want to let you know that you may experience a longer than usual wait for QLife services at present as we are currently reorientating the service so that people are working in line with spatial distancing protocols to protect QLife staff and volunteers from COVID-19.
During this time we will be operating web chat from 3pm – midnight daily, however we do need to limit our telephone service to 6pm – 10pm, although the hours are shorter we will have increased peer supporters on during this time. To help support as many community members as possible we will be limiting calls and chats to 20 minutes.
We appreciate your patience during this time and look forward to continuing to support our LGBTIQ+ communities. We will keep our communities updated as further service changes occur. You can follow our updates here or on our Qlife Facebook page.
