Dry store room that we want to have look neater, currently it is just a concrete floor, and the original unfinished cement besser block walls. The room is dry and does not get water in. Has a little bit of fiddle factor as one corner has a step in the brick work. Looking to effectively have something glued to the existing brickwork if possible rather than needing battens for the gyprock to affix on to shrink the room further. Being used as a "boys room to hang pictures, so again preference is to drill through gyprocks and affix the handing screws directly into the solid walls. I will paint the room myself to save cost.
Need a electrition with electrical contractor licence to carefully replace a oven no longer works and take old one away. need done on friday early at absolute latest. prefer wed, tues or thurs thanks

I have a deck 80% done but cant finish due to health ... mostly its fixing mistakes and dotting Is and crossing the ts. Will need rails done and a small narrow deck extension.

Would like: Floors in 4 rooms and front lounge vacuumed only. Main living space (tiles) vacuumed and steam mopped (vacuum and steam mop available if necessary). Bathrooms x 2 cleaned.

New fence about 10metres long needs to be painted, front and back. A high fence, about 1.8m. 2/3 coats or whatever is required to do it properly
I'm not sure if its fleas or bedbugs on the carpet
National Servicemen's Association have developed a memorial garden at Surrey Rd Keswick .We are looking for a large permanent sign showing our memorial stone, walkway & rose gardens. I have seen you real estate signs around Blackwood are & am impressed. We are hopeful of getting a grant, but need costings. We meet every Friday at 41 Surrey Rd Keswick. We're in the finishing stages of our new home, with our first practical completion inspection on the 30th June, so looking to get concreting done asap after we receive keys.
The kitchen taps needs to be replaced/exchanged with each other.
