    Resident Welfare Associations (RWA) can't make laws on their whims to disallow pet companionship or ask you to disown your pet. 🐶 They can only place reasonable requests like – allotting pet corners, defecation rules, asking for regular vaccinations etc.

    I've heard some very respectable people describing Kargil as a "skirmish". Kargil was no less than War, albeit in a limited geographical area, & perhaps more exacting than conventional War. And hats off to our military leadership of the time for keeping it limited with sheer grit

    Now told by senior Army officials that this report is inaccurate. There is almost complete disengagement at Hot Springs but not very much disengagement in Gogra. They hope that the process should be over in a few days in these areas. Pangong, Depsang no new movement.

    ANI reports complete Chinese disengagement in Ladakh, at Hot Springs and Gogra. Significant if accurate.
