    Condolences to the family of Ved Marwah. Illustrious career. An anecdote from his life retold by Natwar Singh when Marwah was suspended for a minor traffic misdemeanour. I remember how the civil service was very upset but Vedji was stoic, unruffled.

    Ved Marwah, former Police Commissioner of Delhi and former Governor of Manipur, Jharkhand and Mizoram passes away at a hospital in Goa's Mapusa. He was 87.

    This is a violation of Wildlife Protection Act. With cutting of trees using JCBs, natural habitat of tigers is destroyed. Tigers T-9, T-8, T-4&their cubs are affected and they might migrate to some other location. We've demanded suspension of concerned officers: Sachin Rangari
