We are currently accepting applications for:
- Criminal defence lawyer with at least two years of post admission experience, who possesses a strong work ethic and a proven track record of undertaking exceptional work in serious and complex criminal cases. It is essential to have an in-depth knowledge of criminal law, practice and procedure, and substantial experience in formulating and implementing strategies that lead to charges being withdrawn or dismissed, by undertaking independent groundwork and harnessing investigators and various experts. The successful candidate will be experienced in conducting independent advocacy, from local court bail applications, pleas and hearings to district court sentencing matters, severity and conviction appeals, and supreme court bail applications.
The remuneration is commensurate with relevant experience and proven ability.
