    This English practice of starting the day with a heavy breakfast is a bad practice, perhaps suited only for cold countries. Indian system of remaining on fast until like 11ish was more healthy. And dinner before 8. But we are all English now!

    The entire rationale of the lockdown and flattening the curve was to allow for the healthcare capacity to built up. And all our CMs like UT, Kejri were doing during this period was PR. Today, both Delhi and Mumbai are out of beds and patients are dying on roads.

    Why did it take six years and a global pandemic to do the right thing?
