    Is she saying that along with poor foot soldiers who kill Hindus, d instigators, like famous RJ, and that JNU actress too must be prosecuted? It's these instigators who've been spreading false propaganda of Muslim being victimsed by Hindus, making them legitimate target of Jihad

    The accused in Jahangirpuri violence are mostly scrap dealers or employees of small shops. The poor as usual at the receiving end as usual. Surely, they can't be the only one designing violence of this scale.
