    कोई भी दिल्ली के सरकारी अस्पतालों में इलाज के लिए पड़ोसी राज्यों से भागा हुआ नहीं आ रहा है। न ही दिल्ली में भर्ती होने के लिए मरा जा रहा है। एम्स पूरे भारत के लिए पहले से खुला था और हमेशा खुला रहेगा। समस्या और चुनौती महामारी की नहीं बल्कि हमारी क्षुद्रता और ओछी राजनीति की है।

    जैसे आप ओडिशा कैडर में कार्यरत हैं तो बगल वाले बंगाल या आंध्र कैडर के लिए आप बाहरी हुए। वहां आपका बबुआनी नहीं चलेगा। वैसे कन्फ्यूजन क्लियर करने के लिए नोएडा और गुरुग्राम के बाबू लोगों से काहे नहीं पूछ लेते कि कौन भीतरी है और कौन बाहरी? और हाँ, 'बंगाली' कोई भाषा नहीं है।

    मैं बिहार से हूँ पर ओड़िशा कैडर में कार्यरत हूँ।पश्चिम बंगाल तथा मुम्बई में मेरी शिक्षा हुई है। दिल्ली और बनारस में रह कर IAS की तैयारी की। भोजपुरी, हिंदी, बंगाली, ओड़िया बोल लेता हूँ। मराठी की समझ है। ऐसे में मुझे ये confusion है कि मैं कहाँ पर भीतरी और कहां पर बाहरी हू।

    Every govt should be criticized and questioned, but have you seen the list of documents you need to get treated in Delhi govt and pvt hospitals. I think the list's pretty exhaustive. And every govt should have its allegiance to its voters first. There's nothing wrong in it.

    Anybody and everybody can get treated in various, prestigious central govt hospitals like AIIMS, RML, Safdarjung etc located in Delhi. Why is this 'Delhi has completely closed its door for outsiders' narrative built? It's not true.

    लेकिन टेस्टिंग तो बढ़ानी ही पड़ेगी। रास्ता निकालें और जितनी ज्यादा से ज्यादा टेस्टिंग और क्वारंटीन हो, उतना अच्छा।

    हम चाहे जितनी टेस्टिंग कैपेसिटी बढ़ा दे, अगर बिना लक्षण के मरीज टेस्ट करवाने पहुँच जाएंगे तो किसी न किसी गंभीर लक्षण वाले मरीज का टेस्ट उस दिन रुक जाएगा। इस बात को सभी को समझना बहुत जरूरी है। सिर्फ लक्षणों वाले मरीजों को ही टेस्ट करवाना चाहिए।
