    Still remember the shock I felt ~10 yrs back when I moved arnd a protest gathering to ask ppl why they were there & realised all that's lost in translation. Remember writing disillusioned email to someone. Understand now this attenuation inevitable. But still find it fascinating

    1- *Everyone* pays tax. Indirect tax collectn almost as much as direct tax 2- All violence wrong, whether or not one has paid tax towrds buying of bus! 3- State violence esp abhorrent cause State charged wth upholding rule of law 4-protests have been largely peaceful & heartening

    Kangana Ranaut on : When you protest, the first thing that's imp is that you don't turn violent. In our population, only 3-4% ppl pay tax, others are actually dependent on them. So, who gives you the right to burn buses, trains & to create ruckus in the country?
