    I salute the personnel of who handled this situation with utmost restraint in the face of grave provocation and verbal violence & enforced the law. All the policemen/women in this video deserve appreciation.

    Deeply saddened to hear that Ashish has succumbed to Covid-19. Our heartfelt condolences to & members of his family and prayers for the departed soul.

    It is with great sadness that I have to inform that I lost my elder son, Ashish Yechury to COVID-19 this morning. I want to thank all those who gave us hope and who treated him - doctors, nurses, frontline health workers, sanitation workers and innumerable others who stood by us.

    Both of them Abha and Pankaj have been arrested by the Delhi Cops. No matter what her contentions were this is no way to talk to cops who are risking their lives on a daily basis to ensure we are safe. In a country like ours even unreasonable rules should be followed.
