    PM CARES Fund receives money from wilful donors, not govt money. Even the PMNRF, the one started by Nehru is not audited by CAG. It is audited by an auditor outside the govt appointed by the trustees. PM Cares too shall be audited by independent auditors appointed by d trustees.
