    India’s test-positivity rate (TPR), which is the ratio of positive cases to the total tests conducted, is just 4%. USA TPR is 14%.Since March 20, our testing has grown by 100 times.Also, India is one of the only 7 countries to have crossed 2Mn tests.Focus on high case load cities

    The recovery rate of India is on a constant path of improvement. From just 9% on 18 March to 34% today. Our fatality rate is ~ 3% as compared to 14% in Italy and UK. Key to winning battle is to dedicate our efforts in keeping the fatality rate low and improving our recovery rate.

    If India can so rapidly go from being dependant on China for PPE equipment to an exporter, why can't the U.S.? This is a national emergency; the junk PPE and tests China is exporting are putting billions of lives at risk--from the virus they also exported.
