    ISIS sleeper cells have been more active than usual in the past month in Hasekah, the region housing the detention facility where last night's uprising took place. ISIS recently announced the capture and decapitation of two SDF members in Tuwaymin, south Hasekah.

    A decapitated corpse has been dumped in the street in Afrin city center. Local sources tell the victim is Mohammed Mari, 14, a child soldier part of Turkish-controlled forces. He was killed in internecine fighting with another proxy group installed in Afrin by Turkey.
