    At 11, I fucking lived through a revolution in which my parents participated and after which they were imprisoned. I then left iran on my own at 16 and moved to the US. Everything i have written or thought was shaped by that. And i wasn't even at the university yet.

    Without safe transport, PPE, and ability to social distance at work, businesses “necessarily” have to close in order to prevent staff spreading the virus further. How many businesses closed with these measures available? And more importantly, how many will open without them?
