    Advertisement also took a dig at "wealthy" families from two other communities for not donating generously to PM cares fund. Clarification was later published apologizing for hurting sentiments of the two communities but nothing about conditional entry of Muslim patients.

    Interestingly, the remark next to Bulandshahr also talks about operation of fake quarantine centre. Lack of coordination between police and admin outlined as feedback to several districts. Entire of Meerut zone including Noida is in "unsatisfactory" category.

    An internal review of law and order and spread of Covid-19 outbreak in various districts put performance of 40 districts of Uttar Pradesh as unsatisfactory. This also includes the "Agra model" which has seen maximum cases in the state which now stands at 241.
