This is kängpunk at its finest: Affect come from Varmland County, Sweden and in summer of 2019 they recorded Profit Victims, released as cassette by Black Konflik. Fucked Reality is band's send release, it comes as cassette and once again, Black Konflick is behind the release.

Black Uniforms - Straight edge my ass CD

Black Uniforms need no introduction and here's something by them: Orignally released as 16 track cassette in 1990 by Strul Tapes, Straight edge my ass sees the light of day again, this time as cd released by Black Konflik including 5 extra songs. This is the 2nd time Black Konflik re-releases a Black Uniforms release,after  Splatter punx on acid as cd in 2019.

Svaveldioxid - Dödsögonblick CS

Svaveldioxid's Dödsögonblick was one of the top kängpunk releases of 2019, recorded at Studio D-takt in June 2018 it was released as vinyl in 2019.a couple of weeks ago Janne Jutila finished a new mix of the tracks and according to the band, it sound even better than the vinyl release. The band decided its good enought to be released, so Headnoise Records and Distro will release it as cassette. The new mix is already available in band's bandcamp

Scavengers Circle - Beyond Repair

Scavengers Circle come from Västerås, Sweden (and originally also from Zagreb, Croatia) and Beyond Repair s their debut recording, available in bandcamp. The band is a duet with one guy plays the bass and the guitar and the other one sitting behibd the drum kit, both handle the vocal duties.
There will be a cd, self-released by the band and a cassette, released by Masasiorangutan Records from Indonesia.
Beyond Repair was recorded in December 2019, the sound quality is excellent, the recording consists of 6 tracks and nearly 13 minutes of a cool and interesting blending of punk, crust, D-beat and metal, all thrown in band's cauldtron. The band moves in the crust punk territory,  there are metal elements, there is a variety since the band delivers a nice appoach in each track and avoid to sound dull and repetitive, some crust punk here, some D-beat there, sometimes slower or more metallic here, some hints of melody there etc etc and all covered with a crusty guitar sound and the typical for the genre rough vocals.
All and all this was a nice surprise and an interesting debut release. Hope to hear more by them. Apart from the cd and cassette, the band also has thoughts about vinyl release. Check it in bandcamp (lyrics available) and Youtube.

偏執症者 (Paranoid) - Kind of Noise 7"

And s the year is going to end in a couple weeks, 偏執症者 (Paranoid) come out of sudden and without any warning, they announce the release of a new 7" which is also available for listening in bandcamp, spotify and Youtube.
Kind of Noise comes in 250 copies of black vinyl and there are 30 copies of test pressing with alternate cover. The 4 tracks last nearly 10 minutes and deliver the frantic raw punk Paranoid is known for: 10 minutes of a merciless attack of raw and distorted noise with chainsaw guitar and bass sound, manic drum D-beating and desperate screams spitting rants about war, rebellion and social despair, all placed perfectly in the mix.
Saying more is needless, this is in the same level as their previous releases. The 4 tracks of 7" were recorded in Studio Mangel, Frösön, Sweden, May 25 2018 by Jocke D-takt. Mixed and mastered at Noise Room, Tokyo, Japan, December 3 2018 by Shigenori Kobayashi. Produced and arranged by Jocke D-takt. Layout by Bom-Bom Ljud & Bild Produktion. Swordwielder - System Overlord (tape)

Stenchcore crusties Swordwielder from Gothenburg, Sweden, released System Overlord on Profane Existence and Scream Records. System Overlord is a piece of brilliant stenchcore heavily influenced by the classic bands of UK scene of mid-late '80's. A cool review is here and you will find more in PE's site and everywhere in the web, i don't need to samy more you probably have listened in or already have got the record, . Now Hardcore Hell and Deleted Records from Malaysia co-release the cassette version. A song titled Narodnik couldnt fit the vinyl but according to the band it will be in cassette and cd version, so it seems you will find it here.

Svartmatik - Ord Mot Ord

Svartmatik (black math) come from Sweden, they are a Crust D-beat duet with one guy singing and playing the guitar and one (D)-beating the drums. Ord Mot Ord (words against words) is their debut demo, "recorded sporadically through January to March 2019", it delivers 6 tracks and nearly 17 minutes of Crust/D-beat, with raw and crunchy guitar sound and the typical riffs we fnd in the genre, the usual D-beat and shouted sinister vocals.in Swedish This is fast, tight and cathcy crust, the guitar has this swedish metal tone and the mix is well done, there's a slight Black Metal vibe brought by both guitar and vocals, just imagine Darkthrone's crust era in a fast version. The demo comes in dihital format in bandcamp. There's no any site or any info abou the namd on the web.

Asocial/Distrust - split cd

Another great release from Black Konflik and this time is the Complete Paranoid discography 2012-2017. 50 tracks in double cd in Digipack format. Comes with obi strip, 16 pages booklet and hidden bonus track. All track where mastered by Kenko at Communichaos Media Clay.
偏執症者 (Paranoid) is a Swedish hardcore/raw-punk/metal band from Frösön, formed in 2012. The foundation of the band’s savagery is in the Disclose-inspired noise blended with Venom-styled black metal, conjuring a destructive vortex of violently rotating northern winds of head banging chaos and pure D-beat fury. The intense sound combines the best traditions of Swedish råpunk and loud Japanese insanity.

Syrgas - Brinnande Lik (tape)

Syrgas come from Varmland County, Sweden and Brinnande Lik is their debut EP, there are four guys in the band although in this recording are mentioned three of them. Brinnande Lik comes in bandcamp and also as cassette on Blown Out Media, it consists of five tracks and nearly twelve minutes of Swedish D-beat käng punk, reminiscent of Anti Cimex and Totalitär  with crusty flavored sound  of Skitsystem and Wolfbrigade in guitar, minus the melodic leading parts. Brinnande Lik comes duplicated on both sides of yellow-tint transparent cassette with direct print label in black, single-panel single-sided j card, colorless jewel case in shrink wrap and 100 copies.This is excellent Swedish D-beat, and yo my shitty opinion one of the top tape releases of the year. Hope to see more recordings and releases by them

Wolfbrigade-The Enemy: Reality LP out in 2019

Wolfbrigade hit the studio back in April to lay down tracks for their new LP out later this year.

The new LP ‘The Enemy: Reality‘ is due out later this year on Southern Lord Records, recorded in April at the Wolfden Studio in Stockholm ran by Wolfbrigade very own Jocke Rydebjer. This will be the follow up to their ‘Run With The Hunted’ LP released in 2017. ‘The Enemy: Reality‘ will be the bands third LP released on Southern Lord as part of the release deal signed in 2011 with the other LP being 2012 release of ‘Damnded’ LP.

World In Ruins-War of Deception

War of Deception is the second ep of World In Ruins from Sweden. The band first appeared with Era of Warfare and a single titled Leaders Of Brutality Reborn and delivers crust punk old school death metal . War of Deception follows the same path as the previous recordings, bringing D-beat driven crust punk with strong death metal influences. The band balances perfectly between the genres, this time the death metal feeling is stronger and in some moments the band sounds like an old school death metal band (in the opening riff of Left Behind or the last part of Cast Aside), but still remaining where the streams unite. Recorded and mixed by the band and mastered by Magnus Andersson at Endarker Studio, cover art by Knut Eriksson. War of Deception comes with excellent sound quality, it is available in bandcamp, spotify, googleplay and youtube.

Some great news come from Sweden: 偏執症者 (Paranoid) and Sex Dwarf released a new song each band, taken from their upcoming split 7".  Paranoid  side will consist of two tracks, recorded by Jocke D-takt at Studio Mangel, Frösön,. mixed and mastered by Kenko at Communichaos Media Clay Station, one track is available for streaming in bandcamp. The band seems to be very active lately since apart from this split, there is a double lp discography on the works as well a re-release of their debut Hardcore Addict 7".
Sex Dwarf  uploaded one song in their bandcamp too, their side will include three tracks recorded 5 Jan '19. The record will come out in May on D-takt & Råpunk/PND (Europe) and Konton Crasher (US).Cover artwork by L.A. Warcollapse - Deserts Of Ash LP

Warcollapse's last release was back in 2011 but now are back in action after an eight years hiatus, Deserts Of Ash just came out on Phobia Records, Insane Society Records and ByeBye Productions in 850 black and in a limited run of 150 green with black and olive green splatter vinyls. The record consists of five songs and over 20 minutes of running time, four tracks on side a, delivering the D-Beat Crust Warcollapse are known for and one lenghty, midpaced emotional anthem on side b, inspired by Amebix and Antisect. Despite being different, it works nicely (Warcollapse did the same in the past with Crust As Fuck Existence) Artwork was made by Stiv from Visions of War. Available from the labels, the limited version sells fast so act quickly to score a copy. The band posted one song in fb, the record is also available for streaming in band's spotify and bandcamp.
