Svart Framtid-Live Blitz (tape)

Svart Framtid was a hardcore punk band founded in 1982 in Oslo, Norway. They released only one EP in 1984 which is a highly priced collectors item nowadays and maybe one of the best Norwegian hardcore releases of the 1980s. Svart Framtid split up in 1985. This cassette re-issue from original released by Nar Der Dode Vakmer ( Norway label ) in 1984. This particular recording appears to have been released as a tape back in '84. Seventeen tracks - all the hits from their EP (one of the top 5 hc/punk EPs of all time y'all, seriously), some others heard from compilation tapes, and then some unheard anywhere else! Oh, and a sloppy cover of "Dicks Hate The Police!" too. 17 track recorded live at Blitz, Oslo 23 December 1984 full of raw set and live footage as their memories with rare photo of Svart Framtid. Official re-issue permission by band members to  Black Konflik 2018.
"Svart Framtid (Black Future) is regarded as the first one-piece band out of the Blitz-House and they were pioneers because they were the first Norwegian hardcore band that went on international tour. The Band had no bandbil so they bought instead interrail tickets and took the train around Germany from city to city and almost booked gigs along the way. Svart Framtid released only this awesome six-track EP which came out as the first release on vocalist Gunnar Nuven its newly established label Plateselskap and a live tape called "Live Blitz" which was recorded live at Blitz Oslo on 23.12.84. Gunnar Nuven was from the first era of punks in Oslo, he had among others and made his mark as a vocalist in the band Rush. The band dissolved in 1984 and Gunnar Nuven continued in bands like Kafka Process and So Much Hate. Harald Tredal continued in the band Locked Doors and Behind Bars and has also tried acting with a small role in the Norwegian film Schpaaa 1998. Nils Aune continued in the band Four Fæle guys, Kafka Process and Raga Rockers. Anders Eide continued in Behind Bars. This EP has high aggregate value and traded a few times a year for well over a thousand tag on eBay. "Scorching those decibels with an uproarious thrash barrage is Norway's Svart Framtid, jumping from chord to chord with different paces and plucks. Six exciting numbers that focus on major world wide problems, as the crude vocalist screams out in agony, like the people who feel it day after day. Speedy guitar with rapid drum splashings lead Svart Framtid into a hectic dose of creative, yet alarming piledrivers. Great active stuff, the tip of the iceburg in Norway. On X-Port Plater." - Pushead, from Puszone, January 1985

Kaos SS-Life-ill Demo 2012

Brutal crust with extreme metal influences from Scandinavia: Kaos SS is a five piece crust act from Trondheim, Norway, they formed in late 2011 and recorded this five track demo in spring ’12.If there is a word to describe this then the word is “Brutal”: Kaos SS mention Anti Cimex, Rattus, Extreme Noise Terror, Asocial and raw punk as their influences but they also added tuned down heavy guitar sound, fast bashing drumming and dual attack from the brutal growling vocals, in their raw punk and hardcore influences  and reached close to metal territory by creating a crustier version of the death metal/crust hybrid subgenre of Winds of Genocide in the level of atrocity and brutality. Brutal and heavy as hell K-beat . The demo was written, rehearsed, recorded, mixed and mastered within 3 hours, I wish only  there were more tracks here and the whole demo last longer cause it really rulz. The freshnew upcoming release, the six song Mayhem Purgatory Force 7" is uploaded in bandcamp, you can stream it here.

Livstid-st cd 2011

Livstid come from Bergen, Norway and this is their eponymous cd released in autumn '11. They formed in 2006 and so far they released a split 7" w Passiv Dödshjälp (2006,Halvfabrikat Records,Anarkopunx Records) a spit w Human Error (2010 on a bunch of labels), the Kriminell mp3 release on Moshpit Tragedy and appeared in Extreme Obscene '09. The eponymous cd is not a demo but an official release on Fysisk Format, Lukket Avdeling and Nakkeskudd Plater and delivers 14 tracks and nearly 30 minutes of a raging mixture of crusty flavored hardcore with Swedish death metal (and even old school grindcore) and D-beat. This is brutal as hell: Vocals are rough screams/yells, songs are fast and short, the double guitar attack brings fast riff works and the whole thing reminds of Radioskugga, Passiv Dödshjälp, Fredag Den 13e and such extreme D-beat influenced acts, imagine Bombstrike adding some metallic leading guitar parts in their aggressive crust and you got Livstid. You can listen the cd in band's bandcamp or get it here. Dnld link is provided by the band (thanks Kikken and Cheers!)

Eminent Scum-demo 2009

These guys and girl come from Oslo, Norway. They started out winter 2008 as a black metal band called Discunt with Adi (bass), Erling (guitar-vox) and Mathias (drumz), they soon figured slow paced black metal was boring and under diffuse circumstances Sean was taken in on drums, thus changing the beat to vicious hardcore punk. Soon the need for a sovereign singer arose, and May was recruited to the band, proving to be an kick ass asset! Then the name was changed, songs were made, beer was drank and here it is; Eminent Scum...
This is a fresh new demo and despite they started as a black metal band there are not any black metal hints here: The six tracks they deliver is a raw piece of angry anarcho-hardcore in the vein of Armistice with shouted female vocals, hard pounding rhythm section full of energy and guitar riffs full of wrath. Tracks are short and hardly last over two minutes each, May sings in English, there are some male backing vocals, the sound is raw and unmixed but still delivers the wrath. Nice effort full of power and energy, wait for more by them

Wrath Attack-Demo 2008

Entering the metal world now: Wrath Attack come from Norway and this is their demo tape recorded in April of 2008, thats what they say:
"The history of the Norwegian thrash act WRATH ATTACK begins in late 2007. The Judge and The Bottlecrusher had an urge to start thrashing together. They asked The Caravancrusher and later The Hammer to join the band. Two songs was composed in no time, and their first demo was recorded at their second rehearsal with their wrath as a motivation. The demo is set to be released April 12th 2008. The full “Bringing out the THRASH” demo will also be available for downloading both from our website and myspace".

Their discography is the eponymous ep(2003,Nakkeskudd Plater Records) and "Scavenger feast" lp(2006,Nakkeskudd Plater/Cradle to the Grave Records). The demo here is their first recorded material, recorded back in 2000 and released by Thought Crime Records, delivering six tracks of brutal crust with metal elements, old school black metal feeling, hoarse growling vocals with angry lyrics, blast beats and raw production. The band wasn't satisfied by this demo and their playing, they wanted to make another recording for Thought Crime but this never happened.
