Plaguefiend-Endless Devastation

Stenchcore crusties Plaguefiend from Denmark called it a day. An announcement in their facebook informs that the band cancels all activities because members are too bussy in life and since they are involved in others bands there is no free time for Plaguefiend. Endless devastation is their last recording, this was supposed to come out as split 7" but ended up just in digital format in bandcamp. For those unfamiliar with the band, Plaguefiend was a heavy D-beat driven stenchcore band, formed in Copenhagen in 2014, they recorded a demo in 2015 and an amazing st ep in 2018.
All merch of band will be available from Wargame Records as long as supplies last. Hope to see the band getting back in action sometime in the future since their last ep was a great piece and stenchcore and very promising, anyway enjoy they last chapter of their legacy

Plaguefiend-st ep

Another remarkable stenchcore/crust release, this time coming from Copenhagen, Denmark, Plaguefiend first appeared in 2015 with their demo tape. "Plaguefiend is a heavy, D-beat driven crust/stenchcore band from Copenhagen, Denmark, formed in the fall of 2014. Our music is influenced by many different styles and bands in the genre. We try not to put ourselves too much in a box, but rather incorporate various sounds and elements we like. The goal just is to create raw and brutal music." The ep is courrently available only in digital format and delivers three tracks and nearly nine minutes of heavy crust, there is an announcement about vinyl release on Wargame Records this summer, nice!

Halshug-Demo tape 2012

Halshug come from Copenhagen, Denmark and deliver five songs of dark and crusty hardcore in their demo which was self-released in September 2012 and comes in tape format, only 50 copies were made apart from this tape they appeared in the KBH 2013 Compilation tape by contributing two songs. The cover artwork is unusual but don't stay away because of this: Music wise they bring dark hardcore with hints of crust and D-beat popping up here and there, songs are fast and short and sound quality is decent, there are not song titles but numbering from I to V, all and all this is a good demo, it delivers the goods and wins the listener.
Download link is provided by the band.

Forsete-st demo 2012

Here is a nice demo from a new band: Forsete hail from Denmark, when i got the mail with this ep from Frederik it was supposed to be one man band, they were a two man band during the recording of ep and now they are a three man crust act.  The demo delivers two tracks and 9:15" of a blending of crust, D-beat and black metal: First track Pledged is a crust assault in the first half of the song and then turns into a black metal storm, ( i enjoyed the opening of song, it kicks ass), the second track Crusade stands between the genres and brings a blackened crust .Their inspiration is Scandinavian Crust/Black Metal and their tunes move in these genres. This is waaaayy better than i expected, vocals are brutal, drumming is excellent in fast pace and guitar delivers the brutality too, sound is raw but decent. As i said this was a nice surprise to my ears, Forsete offer this for free streaming in Soundcloud. Visit their Lastfm and  farcebook page and click em a like or just say them to record more songs, this is too short, more of the same pleaz!

Sepsis-st demo tape 2012

Sepsis (former "Den Yderste Dag") is a five piece crust act from Copenhagen, Denmark and this is their demo, recorded in spring of 2012 and released on tape format. We first met these guys in the Crutches demo post where they appear on the b side of  that tape. The first release of demo tape was in the limited number of 50 copies and more will be available soon, music wise it brings six songs and nearly eighteen minutes of heavy stenchcore crust with mid-paced/fast heavy pounding drum beats, metal influenced guitar riffs,  and the usual deep low and rough vocals and lyrics about "politics, bringing up matters as war, state surveilance, fighting against oppression and surviving in what sometimes seems like a dying world". This is good and heavy as hell, sometimes emotional and metallic and sometime some D-beat pops up, i  'd say that they sound like Deviated Instinct or Cancer Spreading (from the era of splits w  Diskontroll and Cruel Storm) or a crust version of Bolt Thrower.
Check their blog for more details, lyrics, photos etc, the demo is available for free in bandcamp  and Soundcloud for your listening pleasure. (A., a lot of thanx)

Dodskontrol-demo

I don't know anything about these guys, they come from Copenhagen, Denmark and recorded this demo a few years ago, i don't know if they are still active or disbanded and i haven't seen any other release by them. Anyway, here they deliver five tracks of brutal and raw d-beat fast hardcore. If there is a word describing the demo, then the word is Brutality: The singer spits his lugs out, drums move from fast to faster parts and guitars deliver loads of noise. The sound is raw and hoarse but decent to deliver the rage and wrath of band.

Realm of Chaos-Stench of death (tape,2008)

Here we have another respective member of K-town scene in this blog (the first was Nuclear Death Terror): Realm of Chaos formed in Copenhagen, Denmark in 2006 and recorded two demo tapes: "Stench of death" and "Leader of pain", both in 2008
Just like NDT, Realm of Chaos is a five piece outfit of four guys and one girl but in RoC the girl handles vocals duties. Considering what their demos bring we may say that their name (probably) comes from Bolt Thrower's "Realm of Chaos" lp:"Stench of death" is the first demo tape, limited to only 300 copies, it consists of six tracks and delivers death metal influenced crust with female vocals, some backing monstrous male growls here and there and decent sound. The cover unfolds and includes the lyrics and some artwork. The metal orientated crusties will find interesting the way the band balances on the border between death metal and crust

Tracklist:
01:Realm of chaos
02:Stench of death
03:: Like weed
04:A butcher's tale
05:Tears of agony
06:Onslaught

Nuclear Death Terror-st demo tape (tape,2005)

Nuclear Death Terror demo tape was the first post in Crust Demos in June 2006. Sometime in the winter the link was removed because D-Takt and Rapunk released a 7" with four tracks taken from the demo. But at the same time the band used the text from my review in a review section on their Myspace and also put a link leading the visitors to Crust-demos NDT post, so there is no problem to re-post it and bring it back to light :)

NDT in their demo tape mix the d-beat crust core of Doom with some metallic elements in a amazing combination. The guitars are down-tuned, aggressive and violent, the rhythm section is full of energy and moves fast while the vocals are deep low howls. The tracks are fast followed by some slower emotional parts, there are some slow apocalyptic crust intros, the lyrics are about war, destruction of planet, state control and the sound quality is fucking good, sounding almost like an official release. The tape comes in a nice package and good looking inlay sleeve and is sold out.In December 2006 NDT released their st LP on Plague Bearer (Just recently i got a copy and i was stoked..) the four track 7" came out in 500 copies in spring of 2007 and recently NDT released "Ceaseless desolation" ep on Plague Bearer too (check a track on their myspace)
Tracklist:
1:Cities to dust
2:Nightmare reality
3:System control
4:Lost
5:Police funeral
6:Life of pain
7:Necropolis
8:The final harvest
