    Why, on earth, would you wait till the END of a 2-month lockdown to repatriate 15,000 Indians from overseas? You could’ve very well done it 2-3 weeks ago & quarantined them far more easily during a national lockdown. Is there even 1 person in this govt doing ANY planning?
