Dacia Car Leases
Dacia have had an unusal history when compared to other car manufacturers. They first became well known for having a lack in safety features that are normally found within other vehicles. You can find that a lot of Dacia models are popular with people that enjoy racing.
The 1300 is one Dacia's most famous vehicles, although it is only a small part of Dacia's car production history. Being a Romanian car manufacturer, their main competition is fellow Romanian car makers, Aro. Dacia are part of the Renault group, and aren't as old as other car manufacturers.
Why lease a Dacia
Their history is only recent, first opening in 1968 with their very first factory being situated in Colibasi. The very first model range they created was the Dacia 1300, and it wasn't the best creation ever made. It's well known for being rugged and generally not that nice to look at, but it definitely had an impact on the rest of Dacia's creations.
Modified models were released, such as the 1310, 1400 and the 1410. The intention was to iron out the faults that the previous model was plagued with. Although Dacia is a Romanian name, being a location in fact, it isn't thoroughly Romanian. These vehicles have a great deal to do with Renault due to a deal, and they help to provide their tools and expertise.
The very first models were very much based on Renault models. The very first cars that exited the Colibasi factory were known for being both reliable and affordable, but that isn't why they're famous. They are well known for having parts that are interchangeable. Interchangeable parts are something that isn´t seen in the majority of car creations. You could literally take one apart whilst you were watching TV.
For a long period of time Dacia kept the exact same body lines for around 35 years. They quickly became outdated, and it didn't help that they weren't working with Renault anymore. They did eventually release a new model called the Nova. This vehicle broke the mold, sporting a completely redesigned body that was a breath of fresh air.
In 1999, both Dacia and Renault got back together to create quality vehicles. They worked together to create significant improvements, helping to increase Dacia's sales. Thanks to the moral boost of favourable reviews, Dacia started to create a successor to the Nova, known as the Supernova.
In an unfortunate turn of events, the production of the Supernova was stopped. Three years later the Solenza was created, being virtually an identical copy of the Supernova, with a few minor added details.
After a space of time with vehicles being produced that were very similar to each other, a brand new product exited the factory in 2004, known as the Logan. Being a lot higher than the majority of cars, as well as the added benefit of large luggage and passenger space, the Logan quickly became a favourable vehicle to own.
The Logan provides you either a turbocharged diesel engine or a gasoline engine. You be surprised to hear that the Logan is up there with one of the highest sales in the whole of Dacias car manufacturing history. Not long after the Logan was released, the Logan MCV was released, boasting a facelift.
In 2008 the Sandero was released, inspired by the Logan hatchback. Although they don't have as many vehicles out as other car manufacturers, it will be interesting to see what they release in the future.
