1. How do I manually renew now?
To renew manually ahead of the auto-renew date, you will need to sign into the Enom account containing the domain. If your domain is managed by a reseller, you will need to contact the reseller for renewal. If your reseller is unresponsive, see the unresponsive reseller article.
To manually renew via the Enom account:
- Find your domain.
- Your domain should be under the Registered or Expired tab.
- Click on the domain name that you want to renew.
- Click on the Add Years button below the domain name.
- Click Checkout.
- Review the domains and Submit Order.
2. Why am I getting a renewal notice?
We automatically send many renewal notices to your account's email address. The notices are sent to inform you of the following things:
- A domain or service is coming due for renewal.
- A domain or service will automatically process a renewal 30 days prior to expiration
- An automatic renewal has failed, due to a billing issue.
3. I don’t want to renew this or I want a refund.
If you don't want to renew, follow the directions in our article: How to stop renewing a domain or service.
You can disregard the notice as long as auto-renew is disabled for the domain.
If a renewal has already gone through, we will unfortunately not be able to provide a refund. Please disable auto-renewal so the domain does not auto-renew next year.
Please note that for domains, you will continue to receive all expiration notices as required by ICANN. The final mandatory notice is sent shortly after domain's expiration date.
4. I need to update my credit card but can’t login.
If you're able to receive the renewal notice, you should have access to the account email address. You can recover your login ID or reset your password: How to Recover a Lost Login ID or Password.
Once signed in, visit main menu options My Account > Account Settings, to update your credit card information.
5. Someone else set this up, how do I log in?

6. I updated my credit card, you can process the renewal now.
As long as the domain or service has not expired, you should be charged for the renewal within 24 hours of updating your credit card information. Please check your account to confirm the domain or service has renewed.
If the domain or service is already expired, the renewal won't process automatically. Please sign into your account to complete the renewal.
7. I already paid for this, why am I still getting this renewal notice?
Domains and their services have separate renewal settings and may bill on different dates. Please look closely to see what the notice is for. Each notice will contain the following information:

8. I’ll take care of this tomorrow, next week, etc.

....... as you can see, one cannot even tell you what the problem is because the software suddenly decides to send the message without you having finished. The domain I renewed is efrainnogueramd.com PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!!!
I urgently need your help and there is no place to contact you, it is a terrible system to be forced to be guided by faqs all the time, because most times what you need IN NOT LISTED an yoou give no option to contact you. I don't know if what I'm writing will get to anyone....

I have paid almost $200 for them to renew my Domain name, but the computer still recorded that my Domain name has expired. Now my website is being blocked.
