Even in new stories with a high death toll, we ordinarily show photographs and try to tell some of the stories of those who have lost their lives. Here it's impossible. In Italy alone, 475 people have died in the past 24 hours. Every fatality a life lived, a loved one lost.

For the first time, has raised the advice for all travel abroad to Level 4: Do not travel. This recognises the risk posed by infection overseas & abrupt changes to border restrictions in other countries - especially during school holidays.

Just dashed out to get a coffee during the morning tea adjournment in a District Court trial. The owner said they were closing tomorrow because trading conditions are so bad. He hoped his landlord would take pity on them and that the govt would take pity on his landlord.
