ED has provisionally attached immovable properties of Rs 11Cr under PMLA in Patrachawal redevelopment Project case.The attached assets are in form of lands held by Pravin Raut at Palghar,flat at Dadar of Smt Varsha Raut and plots at Alibaug held by Varsha Raut and Swapna Patkar.

ED has provisionally attached immovable properties worth Rs. 4.81 Crore belonging to M/s Akinchan Developers Pvt. Ltd. ,M/s Indo Metal impex Pvt Ltd & others under PMLA, 2002 in a disproportionate assets case of Satyendra Kumar Jain & others.

ED has further attached movable and immovable properties with book value of Rs. 35 Crore in its ongoing investigation into the matter of Saradha Group of Companies under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.

ED arrested Satish Uke and Pradip Uke in a money laundering investigation. They were produced before the PMLA Court in Mumbai and have been remanded to ED Custody till 6.4.2022. ED had recorded Money Laundering case on the basis of two FIRs filed by Maharashtra Police.

ED filed a Prosecution Complaint against Rahul Bardhan, Biswajit Das, and Ms. Nishita Kanodia, for illegal selling and black marketing of Remdesivir (made in Bangladesh) Injection vials during Covid-19 pandemic in 2021.

ED has provisionally attached immovable and movable properties worth Rs. 2.14 Crore belonging to Niranjan Gupta, DGM, Mangalore Refineries and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL), Mangaluru and his wife Priti Gupta, under PMLA, 2002 in a case pertaining to Disproportionate Assets.

ED has provisionally attached assets worth Rs. 4.04 Crore belonging to Chandrama Prasad Singh @ Tuntun Singh, and a notorious criminal and his family members and others under PMLA, 2002 in a cheating case.

ED has filed Prosecution Complaint against M/s. Luxmi Auto Industries and its Partners Satish Kumar Gupta and Parminder Singh and Others in the Court of Hon’ble District & Sessions Judge, the designated Court under PMLA at Dehradun under PMLA, 2002.

ED has provisionally attached immovable/movable assets worth Rs 4.69 Crore in the form of Bank Balance, Plots, Flats and Residential Houses, under PMLA, 2002 in the J&K Arms license case.

ED has provisionally attached movable assets worth Rs.409.92 Crore under PMLA, 2002 in the case of Lottery scam against M/s. Future Gaming & Hotel Services Pvt. Ltd. & its various sub-distributors/area-distributors.

ED has provisionally attached immovable/movable assets worth Rs 4.07 Crore in the form of Bank Balances, agricultural lands, residential house, vehicles, under PMLA, 2002 in the case of Surjit Singh Grewal Ex. SSP."

ED has seized assets worth Rs.194.90 Cr. u/s 37A FEMA,1999 in the matter of offshore payment received illegally by the beneficial owners of M/s GI Retail Pvt Ltd, an Indian company owned and beneficially held by Ramu A. Ramasamy, Palaniyapan A Ramasamy and their family members.

ED has conducted search on 30.03.2022 in Punjab and Himachal Pradesh for investigating the matter of, violation of the FEMA, 1999 by persons resident in India for acquiring, holding, and owning, possessing and foreign exchange, or any immovable properties situated outside India

ED has issued a Show Cause Notice to Transcorp International Limited and its promoter director Dr. Ashok Kumar Agarwal and Managing Director Gopal Krishan Sharma for contravention of provisions of FEMA, 1999 to the tune of Rs. 7272 Crore

ED has attached assets worth Rs. 5.79 Crore of Tanya Sanyal (wife of Satish Kumar) and Enamul Haque under PMLA, 2002 in the case related to Cattle Smuggling.

ED has provisionally attached assets worth Rs. 4.42 Crore belonging to KC Educational and Social Welfare Society, Una, Himachal Pradesh under PMLA, 2002 in Post Matric Scholarship Scam, Himachal Pradesh.

ED has provisionally attached movable properties in the form of cash to the tune of Rs. 3.29 Crore under PMLA, 2002 in the matter of recruitment scam in Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC).

ED has seized immovable property in the form of a residential house situated in Attavara, Mangaluru, valued at Rs.8.3 Crore held by Iqbal Ahmed under Section 37A of Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), 1999.

ED has provisionally attached assets worth Rs. 243.93 Crore belonging to Mohamed Asadulla, A. Shafiulla and their relatives under PMLA, 2002 in a Bank fraud case of Amanath Co-operative Bank Ltd, Bengaluru.

ED has arrested Gyan Prakash Sarawgi, Director of M/s Sarawgi Builders & Promoters Pvt. Ltd. on 29.03.2022 under PMLA, 2002 in a bank fraud case. Court has granted 7 days ED custody of the accused.
