Pentagon refutes ABC report claiming US intelligence briefed White House in November of a ‘cataclysmic’ coronavirus

A source told ABC News' Josh Margolin and James Gordon Meek that a November intelligence report, in which analysts concluded the novel coronavirus "could be a cataclysmic event," was briefed "multiple times" to the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Pentagon's Joint Staff and the White House. A statement released by National Center for Medical Intelligence Director Shane Day refuted the claims, saying "no such NCMI product exists."

"I have concluded that this battle for the Democratic nomination will not be successful," Sanders said. During an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Sanders stopped short of endorsing Joe Biden but said he hopes “to be able to work with Joe to move him in a more progressive direction.”

Police recover the body of 8-year-old Gideon McKean

The 8-year-old and his mother, Maeve Kennedy Townsend McKean, went missing while canoeing in the Chesapeake Bay. The two were presumed dead on Saturday and Maeve's body was recovered on Sunday. Maeve and Gideon are the granddaughter and great-grandson of Robert F. Kennedy.
