    EVERYTHING is used to demonise Muslims in India. From our attire to our occupations to our food. It’s not in our ability to fight majoritarian prejudice. Why am I as a Muslim asked to condemn? Have you EVER been asked to condemn things happening in the name of Hindutva?

    I respect your stand during the lockdown. You have spoken with responsibility: but in the times in which we live, surely there needs to be a sterner condemnation from community leaders of the TJ and their civic irresponsibility that is then used to demonise a community?

    Muslims are equal participants in the national effort despite being denied equal opportunity and often even equality before law. Also I don't see Muslims making excuses for TJ. They are mainly countering vilification while calling out TJ for their callousness & ignorance
