    According to foreign secretary Dominic Raab the ‘R’ number in the UK is between 0.5 and 0.9. We’ve been told our “R” number is 0.8-0.9. Given NI hasn’t been as badly impacted as other parts of UK it would be good to hear why ours is at that number?
