    I think spending $1B on rapid serologic testing to see who is immune would do far more to stimulate the economy than $2T spread out randomly as a stopgap.

    Thank you Kiran. This is one step that must be taken immediately on an emergency basis. We are about to face,if not already facing a crisis in the shortage of ventilators. We have to move faster on decisions: involve pvt labs & hospitals, test test test & ensure more ventilators

    India has done a fine job, so far, of managing the crisis. Preemptive measures for containment have been lauded the world over. But our testing rate could be our Achilles heel. We need to allow the pvt sector to begin testing & scale up our capacity dramatically.
