A new Washington Post report states that no test is 100%. Some tests may falsely indicate a person is positive while others may indicate a false negative. Doctors are more concerned about the latter cases at this stage of the coronavirus outbreak, the report said. According to the FDA's health sheet, a negative test result should not be the sole basis of a patient's treatment.
