    It’s heartbreaking! Delhi police has just now informed the Court that Humza is dead. His body was recovered from a drain at Bhagirathi Vihar. Delhi police should make a list of those missing in . This family has been running from pillar to post since 26th Feb

    Where is Humza? Find him. Notice to Delhi police by Delhi High Court after his family filed Habeas Corpus. Delhi police asked to respond by tomorrow.

    The speech is not objectionable. A truncated version was given to this Court. The govt wants to shoot messenger. My right to move this court is being curtailed. It is a serious issue, Dushaynt Dave argues.

    Delhi HC adjourns plea by victims seeking FIR against leaders who gave hate speeches for March 12 after Centre / Delhi Police sought time file a ‘detailed response’. Still ‘no conducive environment’ !

    CJI: We think adjournment by Delhi HC of Delhi riots case for such a long period (till April 13) is unjustified. We do not want to assume jurisdiction when the Delhi HC is hearing CJI says all Delhi riots cases, including ones in SC, will be heard by HC on Friday

    J Arun Mishra : The word "or" in Section 24(2) has to be read as "and" (meaning that the proceedings under old LA Act will lapse only if if there is failure to take possession "and" failure to pay compensation )
