Hello
Can you please provide us with a quote for a pitched skillion, insulated roof, steel framed, pergola/verandah to be installed?
The pergola would be attached to the house roof trusses via the eaves on 2 sides and potentially attached to a brick parapet wall?? on the 3rd side.
The size would be approx 5.25m wide by 7.4m long.
The house is a new build and has strengthened roof trusses in the area where the pergola will be built.
We would like the roof to be insulated with approx. 8 downlights and 1 or 2 fans installed. Lighting power is available from an inside switch.
We would also need skylight strips in the roof to provide daylight to the area.
Water would flow back to the existing house gutters.
We would need infills to each of the northern and southern ends.
The area as a N3 (W41) wind category and Bal 12.5 fire area.
Handover of the house is approx. 4 weeks away.
