  10. By Kamla Bhasin’s own admission, this was first sung in Delhi in 1992, three years after it came to fore in Kashmir. If it was used earlier by Pakistan feminist movement, would like to hear the tone of these slogans then. Right now, it is absolutely copied from Kashmir.

    Thank you for reminding about the kambal. Apparantly my daadi got this kambal from a similar distribution drive in 90. We still have it. It reminds us of the journey. P.s. Thank you once again, for OMHBC and shikara🙏❤️

    The trailer did not show any Hindu Muslim love story! Ofcourse competition from people with a better aesthetic sense, it bound to pinch a little. It is a beautiful trailer. Looking forward to watching the movie.

    reminds me of the time my grandfather took me carry a kambal that were getting distributed for free at kachi chawni for "migrants", near luthra school. i have walked the road with kambal rolled in arms.
