Now, neighbors from Roemhild's hometown of Middletown, Connecticut have come forward to describe her history of bizarre behavior, saying they feared something like this would happen. It's not clear whether Roemhild knew that she was approaching Mar-a-Lago as she wildly fled a state trooper, who had initially sought to question her about why she was dancing on top of her SUV at an upscale hotel nearby. However, the soprano made her disgust with Trump apparent on Facebook, where one of her posts included a sign reading 'not my president.'

Protesters also put up locks on station doors, allowing multiple people access to train platforms without having to pay the $2.75 fare. Five people were arrested during the demonstration.

Mann alleges Weinstein raped her in his New York City hotel room in March 2013, when she was 27 and he was 61.

A new video has emerged revealing the confessed gunman from the deadly 2018 shootings at a high school in Parkland, Florida, displaying bizarre behavior before brawling with a prison guard at a jail in Broward County. The footage from 2018 shows Nikolas Jacob Cruz, now 21, circling tables in a common area at the jail while being watched by a sheriff's deputy. The deputy orders Cruz to stop dragging his feet, to which he responds with a finger gesture and then charges the deputy. A violent brawl ensues and at one point Cruz grabs the officer's taser, which goes off without affecting him or the deputy. The officer gets the taser back, while Cruz finally breaks away, goes off camera for a short while, returns and surrenders.The fight lasted a minute. Cruz is charged with killing 17 people and wounding 17 others in the shooting that took place at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School on February 14, 2018. He is expected to stand a death penalty, which has been delayed to this summer.

Mumbai police have come up with an ingenious strategy to keep honking to a minimum - a rigged traffic light system which resets the red signal if the sound of car horns goes above 85 decibels. The Punishing Signal is comprised of a decibel reader connected to traffic lights. Footage shows baffled drivers and motorcyclists raising their hands in irritation while they try and work out whats going on. A huge billboard then lights up with the words, 'Honk more, wait more', and prompts passersby to start laughing and taking pictures. At then end of the video, the police officer says: 'Feel free to honk, that is, if you don't mind waiting!'

Perdita, a four-year-old domestic shorthair, was adopted by Mitchel County Animal Shelter in Spruce Pine, North Carolina. The animal shelter nicknamed her the 'world's worst cat' for her behavior. A post describing the cats likes and dislikes went viral, and it encouraged 175 people to apply to adopt her. The shelter revealed Perdita was adopted and will go home to a family Saturday.
