I am the single driver of my car. It is very well maintained, however, I live on a busy street and the car has been swiped a few times by speeding drivers.
My needs in this case are:: the right side mirror has been hit by a passing motorist . The mirror is intact but it's cover seems a bit loose. and there are a few dents to the drivers side that ned some panel beating work.
Regarding service to the car: Air and cabin filters need replacing , brake fluid needs to be flushed and front brakes are low.

I have a structural beam and column arrangement behind plasterboard (in one spot) and behind plasterboard / floorboard (in the second spot) needing stiffening in accordance with a structural engineers drawing. Will require removal of a small section of plasterboard and floorboard to access the required works, then put back and paint.
