    I have been reporting on insane judgements in Sweden for years now. But this is almost on another level. The man raped a child. But the court decided the man had been "taking advantage" of her. I have news for you. A 13 year old CANNOT consent. This was rape 😠

    The age of consent in Sweden is 15. The girl is only 13. The prosecutor rightly wanted the man convicted of rape. But the court decided he had been "taking advantage" of the girl. WHAT? This was clearly rape. And the man got away with 75 hours community service.
