    it's more than high time to accurately describe Trump's pandemic plan as nuts, loony tunes, out of his mind, or if you can't bring yourself to do that, as an extortion racket, rather than breathlessly describe his daily approach to the pandemic as somehow rational.

    I have a lot of thoughts & I keep writing things & deleting, but I'm struggling to accept that it's OK for public officials to invite reporters to a (cramped!) room & tell them after the fact that the building is housing more than a dozen COVID positive patients.

    I will say, reporters were not informed that there were already 18 positive people being treated here before we entered this building. We all got temperature checks and hand sanitizer.

    Why so secret, ?

    In Miami-Dade County, we can see hospitalization data but the state isn’t releasing the data for other counties. State promised and they would release it. They haven’t. I just asked Gov why not, and he refused to answer my question.

    pretty sure the healthcare workers who died of COVID would dispute this also HAS HE EVER MET A CHILD

    AZAR says schools can safely reopen. “Health care workers don't get infected because they take appropriate precautions. They engage in social distancing, wear facial covering....This can work. You can do all of this, there's no reason schools have to be in any way any different.”
