    -3 launch may tk place in early 2021, mission will not hv orbiter,it’ll be similar to Chandrayaan-2. MoS Space also said said ISRO’s chandrayaan-1’s RUSTING along poles, which is surprising as Moon’s not known to hv water & OXYGEN—factors which cause rust.

    In situ water detections happened more than a decade ago by 's Moon Impact Probe and Moon Mineralogy Mapper. I can confidently say today - Doesn't matter who detects. What matters is who uses it. India better goes for the latter approach.
