Glad that has asked for an investigation behind the Bandra gathering. She would immediately order the suburban collector to submit a report on the mishandling of the lockdown by authorities.

What happened at Bandra terminus is very unfortunate. As the MP - my office, BJP karyakartas and I personally have been working towards ensuring that every citizen is taken care of.

At this point of time, the last thing a citizen like me wants to hear political blame game. I & people like me need answers on how could so many people gather at Bandra and how were they allowed to gather.

This scene is disappointing. I can’t believe the intelligence of the state one of the best in the country failed to gauge that so many people are gathering at Bandra station. Hope action is taken against those responsible for all this mess.

Note pt No. 5 of my tweet sent 6 days back. I have been saying repeatedly that people should have been allowed to leave & go to their native & need was for some mechanism in that regard without breaching social distancing. Bandra breakdown in Mumbai is result of that.

The more I read about Dr Ambedkar, the more I fall In love with his Philosophy of equality. On his Jayanti, let’s remember that a human is a human first, before any religion or caste.
