    Scott Morrison has to be asked about this now. Should Australia be handing out awards to people who think someone can be ‘driven’ to burning their kids alive? I get the fact she’s begging for attention - well, time to give it to her. Strip her of the award own her opinions

    Congratulations to the Queensland police for keeping an open mind and awaiting proper evidence, including the possibility that Rowan Baxter might have been “driven too far.” But note the misplaced outrage. How dare police deviate from the feminist script of seeking excuses...

    I support Jill 100%. Giving this person this recognition demeans the value of Australia’s honours system. We have amazing people who give their time selflessly and achieve great things for our nation being put in the same camp as someone who attacks victims of horrendous crimes.

    It has not even been a month since I wrote this letter. The subject of it continues to serve up damaging and distressing evidence that supports this request.

    I’ve avoided giving you the attention you crave but you are an absolute disgrace. As our nation grieves the tragic murder of this woman and her children not only should you be stripped of our nation’s highest honour but you should STFU.

    Ambulance Victoria says two people have died in the XPT Wallan crash. One person is being airlifted to hospital. A “large number” of people are being assessed but are not believed to be seriously injured

    Vaping is not safe for your health. We’ve seen 64 deaths overseas associated with vaping - incl a 15 year old child. We’ve taken action to close advertising loopholes & advocated for better safety of e-liquids. We must remain vigilant against Big Tobacco

    Bravo, the British people have been great Philhellenes from Lord Byron to Churchill. It’s time to right a great cultural injustice and return the Parthenon Marbles home.

    Obviously right that the Parthenon sculptures, or ‘Elgin marbles,’ should be restored to Athens where a museum has been built for them and they would be excellently curated in a better historical/cultural setting The British Museum has plenty more treasures to occupy the space
