Scraps "Crush Europe '92" 7"

Scraps were hardcore punk band from Lille, France that were active from mid-80s to mid-90s. As a kid I've listened to their first two 7"s (Apartheid and Aaargh!) religiously and one of the first bass lines that I learned to play in my life was the beginning of Dubeauf S'en Va T'en Guerre from Aaargh! 7".
Later on I haven't got nothing newer from them until I bought this 7" around 1996(ish) and it was a disappointment to me. First of all, it is a live recording and they're mostly not so good to me, but it also lacked that frantic energy that the old releases had. I gave it a go again now after more than 10 years and it still doesn't do it for me, but maybe you like their later period stuff, so here it is.
The record doesn't says when it was out so I'll trust discogs site that it is 1992 release.

Peace Of Mind/Anomie split LP

This record was a bit of surprise for me because both bands on it are not my usual cup of tea and I ended up loving both of 'em. Both bands were quite "soft" for my taste back then and Anomie were of the emo bunch which I never could fully digest, but this record led me to buying two more LPs and an 7" of P.O.M. and unfortunately only one 7" by Anomie. I cannot rationally explain why I love both of these bands, but if you ever get a chance to buy something by them I cannot recommend it enough.
You can notice in the tracklist that two of the songs are done by AnomiePeaceOfMind which was supposed to be collaboration of both bands, but ended up only with Anomie people and Jobst from P.O.M. due to other bandmates not being able to make it. Also the song "I Want My Life (And I'll Get It!)" is labeled "Disconcience" in the booklet if this means anything to anyone.

Ayaksvoksom "Démo 2"

I've got mail from Guilhem from this French outfit called Ayaksvoksom. They play a bit metallized oldschool grindcore and I like their sound even though I've never been an avid grindcore fan. This is their second demo, as you can see from the name and they had one more demo in 2007 with three songs that also apeared on this demo.
Anyway, here are the words of the man from the band:
Hello,
I am Guilhem, AYAKSVOKSOM’s guitarist, a band from the suburb of Paris, and we have released our 9 tracks demo in June 2009.
It’s a homemade and self released stuff.
AYAKSVOKSOM is 5 guys gathering their influences (Punk, Hardcore, Crust, Thrash, Death, and Grind); we called it “Rotten Sick Core”.
Hope you’ll enjoy our tunes and help us to spread our stuff.
Cheers from France
Guilhem and AYAKSVOKSOM

Tromatism "Une Saison En Enfer" LP

Tromatism 7" was among first vinyl rips on this blog and now it's time to return to them again. You can find more about the band in previous post. This is posthumous release as the band didn't exist anymore when this was out and thanx to Jon Active this LP has seen the light of the day. I thought that the LP was self-titled, but I've found out on the net that this is it's the name. Enjoy.

Tromatism "Je Ne Veux Plus Avoir Mal" 7"

Tromatism were French anarcho-punk band that were famous for their live shows which were theatrical spectacles. First time that I've heard of them was when a friend of mine from Slovenia (Ramona) enthusiastically tried to explain me everything that happens in their show. There's also another story from Pula (the town on the coast of Croatia) with nazi skin and the singer that ends with skin running naked to the police. Anyway, I'm really sorry that I've never seen them live. The music is really good punk with drum machine.
The members later played in bands like Anima, Ethnopaire and reformed Bérurier Noir.
Here's a bit on them in French Wikipedia and here you can have a little taste of their live show from their 1994 gig in Slovenia.

The Rocking Dildos "Horny Hit Parade"

The Rocking Dildos on Röckin' Nöiz!
The Rocking Dildos was Punk/Black Metal (or Angry Metal as they called it) project that got formed during the break of Impaled Nazarene around 1997 by Mika Luttinen and Hervé (the owner of Osmose Productions). So, the band is officially from France but it also has Finnish people in the band.
I don't know much else about them or which one of their albums is first because both of them are from 1997. This is politically uncorrect as it gets, so if you are sensitive about it don't listen to this.
