  10. In August, President Trump pledged that veterans who are totally and permanently disabled would *automatically* have their federal student loans discharged, which I have repeatedly called on him to do.

  11. This bill is commonsense. It opens up a tax advantage that's currently only available to fossil fuels to renewable and clean energy so we can slash emissions and create jobs. We should pass it before the end of the year.
