Minnesota Congresswoman Ilhan Omar is facing an investigation over taking her lover Tim Mynett on trips that were paid for by her campaign. The conservative National Legal and Policy Center last month filed an amended version of a complaint lodged earlier into Omar's campaign spending. The group is asking the Federal Election Commission to investigate payments made by Omar's campaign to Mynett's company, The E Street Group. lhan's campaign paid Mynett's company more than $369,000 since hiring him in August of 2018 up until this past September. Nearly $25,000 is labeled as travel expenses, according to records. Despite having a Ukrainian birth certificate stating she was six - born in 2003 - the Barnetts were suspicious as Natalia had her period and an adult vocabulary. Within a year, Kristine claims Natalia tried pushing her onto an electric fence , poured bleach into her coffee and threatened to stab the Barnetts in their sleep. 'She would make statements and draw pictures saying she wanted to kill family members, roll them up in a blanket and put them in the backyard', said Kristine in an exclusive interview with DailyMailTV. Natalia was treated by mental health specialists who determined she was an adult and pressed for the courts to have her birth certificate changed. In 2012, a court determined Natalia was born in 1989, making her 22. But a September 11 affidavit of probable cause obtained by DailyMailTV states that experts carried out bone density tests on Natalia in June 2010 and concluded she was aged approximately eight. Arrest warrants were issued - both Michael and Katherine surrendered to authorities and have been released on bail.

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, 86, was seen leaving the Howard Laboratory at the Memorial Sloan Kettering hospital in NYC on Thursday. On Friday, it was announced she had three weeks of radiation treatment after a routine blood test led to the discovery of a tumor on her pancreas last month. The tumor was 'treated definitively and there is no evidence of disease elsewhere' and no further treatment is needed at this time. On Thursday, she was seen being helped up the steps into a private residence by a U.S. Marshal after her appointment while another carried her backpack. Ginsburg has been diagnosed with cancer three times already, colon cancer in 1999, pancreatic cancer in 2009 and lung cancer in 2018. Last November, she sustained three cracked ribs after she had a fall in her court office but within days she was up and working from her hospital room. Ginsburg is the oldest sitting U.S. Supreme Court Justice and said it is her 'dream' to be on the Supreme Court for as long as former Justice John Paul Stevens, who served for 35 years. Ginsburg has served for 26 years so far.

It is believed Epstein's remains were secretly transported to Florida before being loaded into a black minivan and discreetly driven through the cemetery gates. Epstein's brother Mark took charge of the body after it was released last week by the New York City Medical Examiner's office. Event coordinator Cappelli, 34, claims they bound him with duct tape and tried to suffocate him with a plastic bag until he was nearly unconscious. He said the attack occurred after he refused to pay $80-a-month extra rent for electricity he was accused of incurring when he installed an AC unit. Cappelli claimed Kahn and Baig discovered their attack was caught by a motion sensor camera installed by Cappelli's father in the apartment's communal hallway. Cappelli claimed he convinced them a portable battery was a hard drive which held the data, which they they ran off with. Cappelli was able to show police investigators the footage from the video camera.

Police investigating the death of Chloe Wiegand, 18-months, who died after falling 150ft from a cruise ship in San Juan, Puerto Rico say they have not ruled out murder yet. The tot is thought to have slipped from her grandfather Salvatore Anello's (top right with Chloe) hands before falling through a window (bottom right) of a Royal Caribbean ship on Sunday. Jeffrey Epstein was accused of groping a model at a hotel room at Shutters at the Beach in Santa Monica, California in May of 1997. The alleged victim, whose name, age and race has been redacted in the police report, revealed she met with Epstein for a modeling interview. The billionaire was barefoot and wearing navy blue sweat pants and a white shirt with USA letters in red, white and blue across the front, according to the report. The report added: 'During that interview Epstein told her to undress and actually assisted her to do so while saying, 'let me manhandle you for a second.' The woman said Epstein 'groped her buttocks against her will while acting as though he was evaluating her body.' It's not clear exactly what happened with the case but what is clear is it was never prosecuted.

Annie Leibovitz is in talks to shoot the initial piece in September's issue, which insiders said would see Meghan pose in outfits created by emerging designers. 'The spread in Vogue won't be a superficial photoshoot - on the contrary, she wants to use it as a platform to make a difference,' a source told DailyMail.com. The collaboration was partially inspired by Amal Clooney (top right), according to the source, who encouraged Meghan to use Vogue to promote her charity work. Meghan has maintained a low profile since giving birth to Archie and is understood to see the spread as a way to ease herself back into royal life.

Eric Reynolds, who arrested two of the Central Park Five (left), tells DailyMailTV that When They See Us, the Netflix adaptation of their story, is 'fiction.' He says he believes the five did take part in the attack on Trisha Meili but did not rape her - and says prosecutors including Linda Fairstein are in danger because of the show.

Lori Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli are resisting pressure to hire a new legal team in the college admissions scandal, DailyMail.com can reveal. The Fuller House star retained Latham and Watkins LLP to represent her and her husband - the same firm that represents the University of Southern California. She is accused of paying $500K to USC to have her daughters Olivia Jade and Isabella named as recruits to USC's crew team to help them gain admission. Prosecutors had complained of a possible conflict of interest with the firm representing both Loughlin and USC and wanted the actress to hire a new team. Loughlin plans to fight charges of fraud conspiracy and money-laundering, each of which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.

He pled guilty and was sentenced on May 24, 2019 to two life sentences for the murders and a further 40 years for abduction. He has been told he may be moved out of state from Dodge Correctional Facility prison in Waupun, Wisconsin over 'security concerns'. In a post-sentencing report, he told officials he does not know why the criminal complaint against him had false information. The report stated the only detail Patterson would say was made up was, 'He states she [Jayme] was shocked but wasn't crying'. It said he 'pled guilty because of the victim and he wanted to try to make it easier on her' and has no plans to appeal his sentence. Despite Patterson voicing remorse for his crimes, prison records say a personality report identified him as a callous narcissist who exploited others

Fotis Dulos spoke briefly following a court appearance today, saying 'Tell my children they are constantly on my mind and that I love them and miss them very much. ' Dulos has been making the most of his time out on bond, new photos obtained by DailyMail.com can reveal. He has been charged with tampering with evidence and hindering prosecution in connection with the disappearance of his estranged wife Jennifer Dulos, 50. The 51-year-old Dulos was seen sitting in a booth at Hashi Sushi restaurant in New Canaan, Connecticut on Saturday night, a few miles from where his estranged wife was last seen alive on May 24. Aerial footage also showed him and the unidentified woman  riding what appeared to be an electric hoverboard around his Farmington neighborhood.The same woman was also pictured with Fotis at a propertyin New Canaan, where he was seen sweeping and dumping documents, insulation and what appeared to be drywall into a dumpster.

Bryan and Ashley Bullerdick, from Charlotte, North Carolina, decided to clone their rescue cat Cinnabun when the feline was nearing its 19th birthday. They paid Texas based cloning company ViaGen Pets $25K to clone Cinnabun in September 2018 before the cat died the next month. The new Cinnabun (left and inset) was born in February 2019 and delivered to the Bullerdick family in April. Bryan, 43, and Ashley, 41, who have three sons, claimed they didn't even consider the staggering cost of cloning their 'special cat'. Bryan said: 'Some people have sports cars, some people have houses - we are not out there cloning every single cat we have.' Full time mom Ashley said they 'would definitely do it again' and says the new Cinnabun is just as 'feisty' and sleeps in the exact same spot as the original Cinnabun.

Hollywood Medium Tyler Henry, 23, had a reading with La Toya Jackson in which her late brother Michael Jackson came through. Henry tells DailyMailTV that the King of Pop is still 'child-like' in the afterlife and has a 'deep sense of peace' despite the Leaving Neverland documentary. The documentary, released in March, features Jackson's accusers who blare allegations that he sexually molested them as young boys. Judge Philip Smith (inset) demanded his estranged wife Linda Collins (left) be jailed for contempt of court over allegedly hiding assets during their divorce. Smith claimed Collins hid money so he could not get his hands on it, alleging she didn't deposit a $52K tax rebate check so he wouldn't know she had the money. Smith's demands were made less than six months before Collins, a former Arkansas state senator was found dead in Pocahontas, Arkansas, on June 4. Collins was granted a divorce from Smith, her husband of 12 years, last October, but battles over their $1M assets were continuing right up to her death. Collins' friend Becky O'Donnell, 48, (together right) was charged with Collins' murder and abusing her body. But Galipo told DailyMail.com Sanchez should be prosecuted for excessive and unjustified force after firing up to eight bullets at the French family. Sanchez attorney David Winslow said his client was holding his 18-month-old son at the time of the unprovoked blow. Friends say Kenneth had been a gifted student and attended college in Canada before mental disability left him with the mental age of a 10-year-old.

Disgraced comedian Bill Cosby, 81, is serving a three-to-10-year sentence after being found guilty of drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand. Cosby's wife of 55 years Camille, 75, has not visited him since he began his sentence in September at a maximum-security state prison in Pennsylvania, DailyMailTV can reveal. None of Cosby and Camille's three adult children have visited their father either. His spokesperson and only visitor Andrew Wyatt (inset) tells DailyMailTV that Cosby has adapted to life in prison 'amazingly' and is confident he will be 'vindicated'. Mohamed Hadid (left) - father of supermodels Gigi and Bella (inset)- has been accused of fraud, bribery and 'faking' court-ordered community service at a church. The 70-year-old was ordered to 200 hours of service over the illegal overbuild of his Bel Air mega mansion - but he allegedly made his security guard complete the hours. The billionaire also 'bribed' the church to say silent by purchasing the building 'two refrigerators and a vacuum', according to court documents. The service was supposed to serve as punishment for illegally adding a third floor to the massive mansion - which he hoped to sell for $100M plus. Hadid was also ordered to demolish the third floor - which work has already begun- seen in exclusive DailyMailTV photos (top and bottom right). The building is reportedly so unsafe that Hadid's own architect allegedly admitted: 'I'm worried that building will slide down the hill and kill someone.'

California Supreme Court denied The Edge's (real name David Evans) petition to review his case for his $100million Malibu dream complex, shattering his construction plans for a five-home compound. Evans' five-home project called 'Leaves in the Wind' has been 14 years in the making amid a drawn-out battle with environmental protesters who claim he wants to 'pave over paradise'. A 640,000-member group called Sierra Club sued Evans two years ago over the development and lost but appealed the verdict in March and won. 'He's finished - the California Supreme Court was his last resort,' a lawyer for the Sierra Club tells DailyMailTV. The 57-year-old rocker could re-apply to Los Angeles County planners for new building permits, but it would be another costly years-long battle. Evans bought the 151 acres of untouched land at Sweetwater Mesa in 2005 for $9million, overlooking Malibu's pier a thousand feet below.

Heather Mack, 23, is serving a 10-year prison sentence in Bali for the 2014 murder of her mother. She was convicted of killing her mother Sheila von Wiese-Mack with her boyfriend Tommy Schaefer in Bali before stuffing her corpse in a suitcase. Mack tells DailyMailTV that she does not want to return home to the U.S. with her four-year-old daughter Stella when she is released from prison. She claims she could be free in just 18 months for good behavior and parole from the notoriously overcrowded and decrepit Indonesian prison Kerobokan. Mack says: 'It's actually better and safer here in prison' than in her hometown of Chicago and says she feels 'more Indonesian than American'. Mack tells DailyMailTV she is a big fan of Meghan Markle as she reads about current events in the Jakarta Post from behind bars.

Fotis Dulos' live-in girlfriend Michelle Troconis (left with daughter) was asked not to attend the graduation ceremony at her daughter's elite private school in Connecticut. A source told DailyMailTV: 'They sent out a letter and didn't allow Michelle to come to the graduation ceremonies. They want to keep it very hush-hush.' The 44-year-old has been charged in connection with the disappearance of Fotis Dulos' estranged wife Jennifer Dulos (together right), who has been missing since May 24. Comedian David Spade says he won't make Donald Trump jokes on his new show Lights Out with David Spade, which premieres on July 29. Siegfried Fischbacher, 79, (left in March) collapsed in pain and was rushed to a hospital while in Munich, Germany, where he had life-saving heart surgery in mid-May. Friends say the famed Vegas performer had a tiny tube inserted into the main artery of his heart after doctors feared he was 'hours away from death'. Siegfried, one half of the legendary magic act Siegfried & Roy, had less than 10 percent of the normal amount of blood entering his heart muscle, a friend said. They added: 'Everyone is just so astonished at what happened and how quickly he has bounced back. He was touch and go for a while.' Siegfried has since flown back to Las Vegas and is understood to be recuperating at the lavish mansion he shares with partner Roy Horn (pictured together right in 2015 and inset in 1998). The beloved entertainer has now assured friends he 'feels a million percent better and like a teenager'.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences is building a new Oscar museum in Los Angeles that is expected to be completed in late 2019 but is already $77.6million over budget. Those letters have been signed by A-list actors, including Salma Hayek, Tom Hanks and Annette Bening. Big donors include Steven Spielberg, George Lucas and Jeffrey Katzenberg, all of whom have donated tens of millions to the museum. The top donation of $50million came from Power Rangers producer Haim Saban and his wife Cheryl. The letters have been sent out across California to businesses, actors and writers, many of whom have never had any major success. Disgruntled letter recipients tell DailyMailTV that the move is 'insulting' to young artists and see it as a 'blatant' ruse to raise funds for a struggling project.

Mariah Carey is accused of using her ex assistant Lianna Shakhnazaryan's AMEX card to pay for and conceal plastic surgeries, insiders told DailyMail.com. Shakhnazaryan alleges in court docs Carey used credit cards registered to her name on surgical treatments such as buttocks enhancement. Carey, 49, has denied having surgery but invoices indicate she has had at least six cosmetic procedures - including fat freezing and firming treatments. One invoice was for a total of $32,765, and included PLLA buttock filler injections, a LipoFreeze fat-melting laser treatment to her upper breasts and an firming ultrasound procedure to her neck and jawline. Shakhnazaryan also claims Carey used her card to charge a $273,000 worth of items in a two-day spending spree in Aspen Colorado in December 2016. Carey allegedly spent $4,862.21 at Gucci, $10,895.29 at Dolce & Gabbana, another $16,656.23 at Gucci and $39,681.37 at Louis Vuitton.

Jose Quintana, 33, (left) was jailed for 15 months for domestic violence against McKinney's mother Morgan Lynn McKinney (above center) and 'menacing with a weapon'. Despite terrorizing  Morgan, 32 he convinced her to marry him in 2009 in Castle Rock, Colorado. He was deported back to Mexico in 2010 and Morgan, who has three children including Alec with Quintana, divorced him in 2015. Quintana illegally came back into the country and was deported again in 2017. Alec posted on twitter how he missed his father - just 11 days before the May 7 shooting at STEM School Highlands Ranch near Denver, Colorado. Alec and friend Devon Erickson, 18, allegedly shot nine students, killing one, and will appear in court on Wednesday May 15

He pleaded guilty to first-degree cruelty to children and interstate interference with custody last month for holding Hailey Burns, 16, in captivity for 56 weeks. He was handed a 10-year sentence, with eight months to be served in jail - which he had already completed - and the rest to be spent on probation. Burn's mother Shaunna Burns told DailyMailTV she was stunned when prosecutors gave him a 'sweetheart deal'. Wysolovski had charges of rape and sodomy dropped against him but is now registered as a sex offender for life. An ex-girlfriend of Wysolovski told DailyMailTV she was beaten and raped on a daily basis by him but brainwashed to think this was acceptable during their relationship. 'If given the chance, he would kidnap a pre-teen and do terrible horrific things to her until there was nothing left of her,' they said.
