I have the opposite problem, my meds make me freezing, I have my thermostat at 81 (as stipulated by the lease, to avoid mold), and I have two layers on and am still cold, going to put on a third. (usually I'm in short sleeves when it's 57F/14C, so this feels weird to me [been like this for two weeks])

I used to sweat at 76. Body temperature is normal, it's just an affect on my dermal circulatory system. Can't wait to wear shorts again (I wear long sleeves in my car, and my car A/C just died, and it was 95F/35C outside, and I felt fine. Bizarre.

hey tim... yeah people sometimes say i'm crazy for drinking hot beverages in heat but i don't find it makes much difference either way, and i love tea but not iced so much. i don't drink iced coffee until it hits at least 90f.
