Life-sized Boris Johnson cake unveiled at ExCel Centre
A life-sized model of Prime Minister Boris Johnson made entirely out of cake has been unveiled at the Cake and Bake Show 2019, which is being held at the ExCel convention centre in east London.
The creation is a chocolate cake, with chocolate frosting, covered in chocolate ganache and recreates the moment Mr Johnson got stuck on a zip wire at Victoria Park during the London 2012 Olympic games.
Rosie Dummer, from Channel 4's Extreme Cake Makers who created the piece, said: "For me, 2012 was the best year Britain ever had. We had the Olympics and the Jubilee - everyone was just on fire and it was a really happy time."
