Here it is, rumored no more: More Mess On My Thing, the demo Bootsy Collins and his band recorded for James Brown in 1969 that won them the title “The J.B.’s” – and changed the course of popular music.

Egon’s culled and updated his Spotify playlist – Now Again – Egon’s Selections. It’s now at around 20 hours and counting: Egon updates it on an average three times a week… So stay tuned: it should take the pressure off trying to figure out the best of the most obscure tracks in the billions of tracks now available at the streaming behemoth. At least in one music fan’s perspective.
