In 2014-15 when ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao’ was launched, fund allocation was 928 crores. Major amount has gone for advertising & publicity i.e. 40% or 372.67 crores. So far only 177.97 crores, just 19% of allocation has been released to the states and districts: @Sharmistha_GK
