    Ending the briefing on a humanitarian note, SMQ called on the OIC states to collectively & individually sanction India until the curfew is not lifted. To put humanity over trade, and brotherhood over business especially over a govt that has no respect for the beliefs of the OIC.

    Yesterday, first ever conference on Kashmir as ‘oldest conflict in the world’ was held in the French by where reps from think tanks and orgs discussed the Kashmir dispute from a historical perspective, current developments & the future of Kashmir.

    The OIC has consistently shared our concerns over the gross violations in IOK & the world’s organisations on Human Rights, Civil Society & multi faith groups have unequivocally condemned the ongoing brutality in IOK & called for lifting of the curfew which is 51 days old today.
