My default is gnocchi and pesto -- probably not the healthiest of choices. This is the great Aiha Higurashi right now, of Seagull Screaming Kiss Her Kiss Her fame

Howdy, Carol and all!! A friend of mine grows basil (or stands back while the basil grows; it needs little prompting!) so she can freeze batches of pesto that same way. She uses ice cube trays and then thaws cubes when needed. (I do the same with unused stock.)

haha you won't find it. It is one of the grossest Brazilian dishes, I can't even stand it. It' a soup cooked with the cow's feet and its intestines, usually the intestines filled with even more meat.
