Skillsharing Camp in Hambach Forest, Sept 15th – 25th

The second Skillsharing Camp of this year will take place from September 15th to 25th.
Details will follow soon.
We, the orga team, are currently very understaffed. If you are currently in the forest and / or in the meadow and you can imagine helping, then write to skillsharing.hambacherforst@nullriseup.net. No prior knowledge required 😉

We still don’t have a kitchen crew. If you happen to be a culinary collective that can imagine cooking in the period then write as well.

Also artists, speakers and people who are already in demand can write. More information will follow soon 🙂

Occupied trees : all occupied trees are evicted.

That was a short occupation! But not the last one. In total, since the beginning of the reoccupation attempt, we counted 17 arrests:

  • 8 people in ID checks, everyone is released
  • 8 people in custody, everyone is released
  • 1 person under a judicial supervision with territory ban was arrested and sent to jail for four months for violating their judicial supervision

Calling of some forest occupants on the occasion of yesterday’s announcement of RWE, they want to fell trees in Hambi

RWE announced yesterday via press release in their usual self-assured style, “within a short time” to want to fell trees, which are “dead or incurably damaged by the drought of last summer as well as by pest infestation”. Affected are allegedly 9 different, unspecified, locations in the occupied part of the forest, in the Merzenicher Erbwald near Morschenich, in the forest near the Hambach railroad and in the mining area.

Although we have nothing against trees occasionally falling on the rails, we will refer to the more ecologically valuable contiguous woodlands in the occupied part of the forest and in the Merzenicher Erbwald. more…

Some thoughts by Luna about shoes, standing up and respect

Since I am not present today and I also miss the chance for a last word, I formulate here a few (not sober) thoughts on the tripod process and the orderly detention for “lack of respect.”

During the scandal negotiation from 13.06. I was the only one on the prosecution / defense bench who wore shoes from the beginning. I wonder now, why actually? Why do I wear shoes in bright sunshine? Well, probably two reasons. First, I find hot asphalt in the summer actually not very pleasant. And second, presumably vanity. I mean, if I’m dressed completely black for the process somehow also black shoes belong to it. Maybe vanity is a weakness of mine. But there is certainly no lack of respect. more…

Since this morning we, an autonomous anarchist affinity group, are blockading a digger in the lignite mine Hambach, approximately ….m distance from the trees.
Every second RWE is irrevocably excavating the earth that we live on, killing fertile soil and leaving behind a huge hole of emptiness.
The coal commission wishes for the conservation of the forest, the coal exit is decided and the forest supposedly saved. Who are they trying to kid?

Luna & B-Mike in confinement for contempt of court

After the court did not agree with the procedural behavior in the #TripodProzess on Thursday, June 13, 2019, before the LG Aachen, the two defendants are now in custody.

Luna was brought to the men’s jail Aachen Aachen, B-Mike in the women’s section of the JVA (jail) Köln-Ossendorf. In other words, trans * people are once more put into the binary-contrarian prisons, only to suppress them even more by misgendering than prisons do anyway. At least about Luna we know that she is also in complete solitary confinement (single cell and yard walk alone). Invitation to the trial party at the regional court Aachen (5/29)

The trial because of the tripod, which was suddenly on the Hambachbahn during the G20 summit in Hamburg, goes into the second round. After the district court Jülich has sentenced the two defendants in the first instance to a fine of 90 or 100 daily sentences, the appeal is now being held before the district court of Aachen. So to make you know what you are getting into, first a few quotes from the official protocol of the first instance:

“The following court order is then issued: It is forbidden to disturb the course of the meeting by calling or throwing objects from the spectator area…”
